Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added to the amount you pay. Before you pay, the Subscription page of the panel shows the amount excluding VAT, the VAT and the total separately.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. When you pay yearly, 20% comes off the amount of twelve months; there is no discount on a monthly payment. You choose monthly or yearly each time you pay.
What happens if my number of units changes?
The amount is worked out from the active units in your organization when you pay. Units you add during a period cost nothing extra in that period; they are charged from the next period. If your number of units moves to another tier, the new tier’s price also applies from the next period.
How do I pay?
The organization owner pays on the Subscription page of the web panel, by card or by bank transfer. Your card details never reach MeskenPlus; you pay on the payment institution’s secure page. To pay by bank transfer, just contact us. If you pay during the trial, you keep its remaining days.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data is not deleted. The account becomes read-only: you can still see and export your records, but no new records can be entered. Once you pay for your subscription, you continue where you left off.
How does it work for companies managing several properties?
The license is per organization: several properties are opened in one organization, and the management company panel shows them all in one table. The price is worked out from the units of all the organization’s properties counted together.
Will residents be charged an extra service fee?
No. MeskenPlus does not charge residents any hidden fee. Today residents pay their dues by bank transfer straight into the property’s account; when card payments on the roadmap arrive, any fee charged by the payment institution will be shown clearly before payment.
